Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Fees

Non-Refundable: Membership fees (both Annual and Lifetime) are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Please review membership benefits carefully before completing your registration.

2. Event Registration Fees

Event registration fees may be refundable under the following conditions:

Full Refund (100%)
  • Cancellation made more than 30 days before the event date
  • Event cancelled by COA
  • Event rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date
Partial Refund (50%)
  • Cancellation made 15-30 days before the event date
No Refund
  • Cancellation made less than 15 days before the event date
  • No-show without prior cancellation

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for event registration:

  1. Send an email to info@cgoncology.org with your registration details
  2. Include your ticket number and reason for cancellation
  3. Refund requests must be made at least 15 days before the event

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.

5. Event Changes

COA reserves the right to:

  • Modify event dates, times, or venues
  • Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Change event speakers or agenda

In case of significant changes, registered participants will be notified via email and offered the option to attend or receive a full refund.

6. Transfer of Registration

Event registrations may be transferred to another qualified individual up to 7 days before the event by notifying us at info@cgoncology.org. Transfer requests made within 7 days of the event are subject to approval.
